Warranty Information

We stand behind our work. Transparent warranty on parts and labor — because honest pricing means honest guarantees, too.

Our Warranty Promise

When we fix your appliance, we want it to stay fixed. That's why every repair comes with a warranty on both the parts we install and the labor we perform. No fine print, no runaround — just a straightforward guarantee that our work meets the standard your premium appliance deserves.

Parts Warranty

All OEM and factory-grade replacement parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty period. Most components carry 90 days to 1 year of coverage. We only use manufacturer-standard parts, so you get the same warranty protection as a factory-authorized repair.

Labor Warranty

Our labor is warranted for 90 days from the date of repair. If the same issue recurs within that period, we'll come back and make it right at no additional labor cost. We don't charge you twice for the same problem.

Claim Process

No forms, no bureaucracy. Just call us at (720) 903-1008 and describe what's happening. We'll check our records, confirm coverage, and schedule a return visit — typically within 1-2 business days.

Warranty Questions & Answers

What does your repair warranty cover?

Our warranty covers both the parts we install and the labor performed during the repair. If a part we installed fails or the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we will return to diagnose and repair the issue at no additional cost. This applies to all standard repairs across all 18 brands we service.

How long is the warranty on parts?

OEM and factory-grade parts are covered by the manufacturer's original warranty period, which varies by component and brand. Most common replacement parts carry a 90-day to 1-year warranty. We will clearly communicate the specific warranty period for your parts before beginning any repair.

How long is the warranty on labor?

Our labor warranty covers the work performed for 90 days from the date of repair. If the same issue recurs within that period, we will return and re-examine the repair at no additional labor charge.

What is NOT covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover: new issues unrelated to the original repair, damage caused by misuse, power surges, flooding, or other external factors, repairs performed by other service providers after our visit, or normal wear and tear of components not replaced during our service.

Do I need to keep my receipt?

Yes. We recommend keeping your repair receipt and any documentation we provide. This includes the parts installed, serial numbers, and the date of service. We also maintain records on our end, so if you lose your receipt, contact us and we can look up your service history.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Simply call us at (720) 903-1008 and describe the issue. Reference your original repair date and the work performed. We will schedule a return visit at your convenience, typically within 1-2 business days. There is no claim form or lengthy process — just call us.

Transparency Is Our Policy

We believe that if you have to hide your warranty in fine print, it's not much of a warranty. Every repair comes with clear documentation of what was done, what parts were used, and what's covered. If you have questions about coverage for a specific repair, just ask — we're always straightforward.
